Tech Systems Assessment & ERP Recommendation

We would like an expert volunteer to scope and deliver an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to supercharge our operations and unite our financials, CRM, HR, and school management.

We currently use Microsoft 365 and SharePoint under nonprofit licenses, QuickBooks for our financials, and loose-leaf Excel spreadsheets for our HR, school MIS, and impact monitoring. We need a business or ERP system that unites all these functions. It's critical that the identified solution can operate within our organization's budgetary constraints. This will most likely be within Dynamics 365.

Deliverables include:
1. Scoping options for a business system that can integrate our financials, CRM, impact monitoring, HR, and school management.
2. Building and customising a system (probably using Dynamics 365, but we are very open to guidance).
3. Launching and training at least 2 members of Alsama staff on the system

We're scaling - fast. Opening a new school within Lebanon every year until we reach 2,000 students, and putting together a franchising strategy to reach 10,000 refugee students in ~5 years. Our education model works: we overcome illiteracy in <5 months, and our top students are 18 months away from applying to University.

We have reached a critical juncture. Our systems are no longer capable of facilitating our scaling. We have outgrown excel and we need an ERP that unites our finance, CRM, HR, and school management. Alsama currently uses QuickBooks for financials, SharePoint for file storage, and loose-leaf Excel files for all its HR, student management, impact monitoring, etc. We have clear briefs for what a student MIS needs to handle. Our CRM/financials/HR briefs are relatively standard, and can probably be delivered without customisation.
