FullCircle seeks a Google Workspace volunteer who can help us sort out some email, email alias, email delivery, and calendar issues. Our nonprofit has been self-running our operations and IT needs and are looking for a "cleanup on aisle 4" to bring things into a working order that we can rely on.

Email hosting, access, forwarding, and connectivity with our CRM (NimbleCRM.com) is at the project's core. Our team would also like to learn some best practices and ways to work more efficiently.

Stories of the African Diaspora have often been silenced or told by outsiders, contributing to multiple levels of academic and social inequality and marginalization. The African people's true history and experiences have not been easily accessible to all people due to location, income, or physical ability. Fullcircle is committed to closing that gap.

This will be a fun and focused mini-project to help us connect with new partners, donors, and team members as we grow during an aggressive fundraising campaign.

We have a list of IT issues to share and (most of) the needed access codes. We believe that the best way to start is with a conversation between you and 3-4 of our users. Having each person explain their issues in their way (since none of us are adequately technically minded), may be the fastest way for you to understand what each of us needs and all of us need. Once you establish reliability, we will be happy ;-)
