Stakeholder Research
We are looking for a volunteer who can conduct a stakeholder research initiative for our organization.
Our organization needs a clear vision of who we trying to engage in our programming, fundraising, and partnership efforts. We are hopeful that intentional research on our organization’s core stakeholders can help ensure that our messaging hits all the right marks. This project will include: gathering and analyzing information about target demographics, ideal forms of outreach, and/or what worked well or not during past outreach drives. This research could include digging into what our expected stakeholders are reading, who they’re influenced by, where they live, and demographic details. Your research could also fuel the work of building user personas: a mock-up of your organization’s ideal individual donor, corporate partner, hands-on volunteer, or foundation partner.
By synthesizing this information, you will empower our team to make better, data-backed decisions on how to progress toward our mission's goals.
People Alongside To Help is a dedicated and compassionate organization that tackles three crucial missions, each aimed at enhancing the lives of vulnerable individuals in our community. First, through the "Children of Love" program, P.A.T.H. provides speaking dolls that share positive affirmations to foster care children, hospitals, and seniors living with dementia, offering companionship and emotional support. Second, we operate a vital Food and Clothing Pantry initiative, ensuring that those in need have access to nutritious food, addressing food insecurity head-on, and having brand-new clothing. Lastly, P.A.T.H. is committed to providing housing assistance services for the unhoused, and resources for families experiencing homelessness. We need each other, a village, people willing to be alongside to help. No matter what skill set you have in marketing, there is an avenue at P.A.T.H where marketing is vital part in making a difference. If people who need help don't know where to go or how to get in touch how can we reach them
To prepare for this project, we have outlined who we believe our current core audiences are and who our aspirational audiences will be. You will have a dedicated team member to work with on this project. I have set up meetings and spoken with organizations in the community with similar goals and values. I have gotten insight on operational functions regarding running and moving forward with a nonprofit. I have someone working on writing grants and informing me on what more I can do for the community to further my opportunities for funding. I am intentional about investing my finances as well as time to ensure that PATH is moving forward. I am committed to ensuring that PATH is up and running according to guidelines, laws, protocols, and smoothly in each area.
We plan to implement the results of this research project by ensuring there are direct people in operations with the full vision at hand in order to conduct their tasks smoothly. I plan to make sure I am utilizing all resources properly and intelligently to continue to reach new goals and establish a good foundation. I just need guidance and help on who and how to market to.
