We are looking for a volunteer experienced in sales to plan and implement a sales launch for our ART & CONVERSATION corporate wellness experience: https://wellsinternationalfoundation.org/covid-19-pages/art-conversation-thanks/

The A&C replay bundle will be the entry point of a sales funnel for our nonprofit's revenue-generating services. It will create a know/like/trust factor and lead into other WIF services. We plan to present Art & Conversation as a solution for employee wellness & leadership development. After 8 weeks of access, we will offer a debrief coaching session to the business leader/manager of the corporate team to see what worked, what didn’t and what support the team needs moving forward.

Art & Conversation is the most concentrated, value-packed experience that emerged from the 2021 COVID-19 PAGES art exhibition. In July 2021, we hosted a four-day, interactive virtual experience that highlighted Phase II of the exhibition:

Day 1: Multigenerational outreach and mental health through art
Day 2: Pandemic stories through art
Day 3: Art for social causes
Day 4: Creation as medicine – Art in all forms as self-care

It is chock full of amazing insights and support along the path of tapping into art as a means of self-care! We market the replay bundle to individuals on our Website (although not actively) and intend to launch it as an easily accessible corporate wellness program.

We have purchased a lifetime subscription to LearnDesk, which is where we plan to offer this program and other online training programs. We conceived the corporate marketing/sales project in October 2022. Our Chief Marketing Officer (a part-time consultant) worked with our intern to craft a campaign around how companies feel about their employees/want to support employee well-being using the following storyline: art as self-care > increased productivity for employees > increased profits for employers.

The promotion “pieces” were to include sneak peeks at videos from the bundle, a GIF on LinkedIn, articles with accompanying photos outlining the problem in the workplace (using a “problem-solution” approach to identify ways companies are theoretically supporting employees but actually more focused on “bottom line” and ask “What tools are you using now and how are they working?”), and social media posts (and articles) using “cause-effect” language - Take the workshop, implement suggestions, and look at your results.

Our CMO began writing copy for a sales page but simply has not had the time to devote to creating and implementing a cohesive sales plan. We now realize that this project needs an experienced salesperson's full attention.
