Employee Handbook Development

To ensure the project's success, we've taken several preparatory steps. Firstly, we've designated a dedicated team member to oversee the project, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication. With these resources, the volunteer can expect to spend approximately 15-20 hours on the project over 4-5 weeks. Once complete, we plan to implement the updated handbook by disseminating it to our team members and conducting training sessions to ensure understanding and compliance.
