We are looking for a skilled project manager and/or professional with experience in creating operational efficiencies.

We struggle to improve our internal processes to make them more efficient and effective, which would help us to grow and expand. We have multiple people (staff, contractors, and volunteers) who are involved in our programs and are struggling to understand the sequence of work activities and an optimal ideal state for who should carry out each step. Our team can easily get overwhelmed.

Project activities:
-We need hands-on support to design, clean up, and streamline the processes; secondly, we need to train and onboard to have buy-in from team members to use Smartsheet and SharePoint tools.

-We need help to organize the files so people can find quickly the documents they need; therefore, setting up and organizing the shared point has to be set up correctly

-We are struggling to create the right wireframe for data integration for each audience, so people are less overwhelmed. This will ultimately help the president see where tasks are completed, or quickly find issues to help each person.

-We have issues of people sticking to their old ways of working or just not sure how to use the new tools; A Possible solution teaching how to use the smartsheets.

Critical volunteer skills:
-SharePoint knowledge
-Smartsheet knowledge
-User adoption strategies
-Change management
-Standard Operating Procedure

Nice to have skills:
-Training videos creation

Help a small nonprofit with a big mission improve operational capacity. We struggle to improve our internal processes to make them more efficient and effective, which would help us to grow and expand. We have multiple people from staff to contractors and volunteers who are involved in our programs and are struggling to understand the sequence of work activities and an optimal ideal state for who should carry out each step. Our team can easily get overwhelmed. We need your help to set up a process in Smartsheet and or Microsoft, as well as revamping our main "Z" drive using SharePoint properly.

We have completed the PWC -Taproot ScopAthon event and hope to engage a team to implement these specific solutions. We have the Roadmap worksheet that outlines the issues and action items we identified.
