Employee & Volunteer Handbook Development
This project could be done by one person who will be able to help us build an employee handbook, a volunteer handbook, and a mentor handbook. We will have all the items vetted out/checked by our lawyers, so you don't have to worry about any liability issues. This volunteer will outline the structure and core components of these handbooks.
We could really use the help of a Taproot volunteer as we are at the cusp of expansion. We started out locally in one community, but now that multiple communities are reaching out to use our services, we need to make sure we have the proper building blocks in place to support or growth while also keeping compliant. This help would be pivotal in helping us grow and scale with the proper procedures in place!
We have some templates and resources that our insurance company has provided and access to other templates on the internet but we really want to keep it simple but compliant. We need someone with HR expertise to be able to tell us what is needed based on how our organization operates. We will implement the handbooks and process all our new volunteers, coaches, mentors, etc. using this resource.
