Develop Executive Performance Evaluation Process
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to assist us in developing a performance evaluation process for a food bank's Executive Director. Project tasks will include:
(1) setting targets/objectives;
(2) self-evaluation form and
(3) written performance form.
This assignment is important to strengthen our impact. Additionally, it will increase the Executive Director's focus on what is important and ensure the board and the ED are on the same page.
An initial draft of the blank written performance evaluation form is done, and we've given some thought to what the objectives should be. We would appreciate guidance.
