Website Migration - Wix

We seek a web designer to migrate our nonprofit website off of Wix and use our domain with Hover. Our website needs restructured with improved presentation/architecture. We also need to add a membership donation portal with connection to a CRM (preferably a free service like HubSpot).

The volunteer should assess and incorporate our goals/needs considering our key audiences - being able to easily to distinguish programs and program services. The designer should also assess our technical capabilities to upkeep the site or make changes in the future. The project's deliverable is a draft website-architecture, design concepts for review, and then instituting the migration once approved.

This will take 6-9 weeks. In our first meeting, the volunteer should interview us about our desired features and website functional needs. Then, synthesize the information into a requirements briefing. We'll engage in various check-ins, where our Program director will provide feedback. The volunteer will audit our current site to create a draft of site architecture and design options. Volunteer will complete redesign, the migration and be available for update/changes needed to finalize the site. We have a growing network locally, at the state level and Nationally that needs that needs highlighted and linked into the website.

Ideally this same volunteer can create the membership donation portal and set up the CRM, or be able to work with another volunteer to achieve this task.

OWN Healing Heroes Program is an exciting growing national network with boots on the ground in North Idaho providing free services and support for disabled and at-risk Veterans and their families. We are unique in our collaborations and services that we provide Veterans healing from multi-trauma, TBI and PTSD including cutting edge neuromodulation (ApollNeuro, GammaCore, Harvard Medtech VR, eNeura) and hyperbaric therapy not found anywhere else in the country integrated together. Our team includes a Physiatrist/Integrative Medicine Physician that is hyperbaric certified, Physical Therapist, Mental Health provider, Pharmacist and Nutritionist dedicated to Veteran care with 100% success, also not achieved anywhere else in the country.

We have a current website platform built, branding for the Healing Heroes program, a list of links that need to be included into the new website, and information about our stakeholder groups, target audiences and goals for building out the website.
