Indirect Cost Rate Analysis
We are seeking a skilled volunteer to assist us in navigating the process of developing an Indirect Cost Rate Proposal for submission to the Department of Justice (DOJ).
This project involves analyzing our organization's indirect costs, determining appropriate allocation methods, and preparing a comprehensive proposal to establish an Indirect Cost Rate that aligns with DOJ guidelines.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with our team to determine and to identify and categorize indirect costs.
-Collaborate with our team to understand program activities and cost structures to accurately allocate indirect costs.
-Research DOJ requirements and guidelines for developing an Indirect Cost Rate proposal.
-Develop a detailed proposal outlining the methodology used to calculate the Indirect Cost Rate and supporting documentation.
-Help our team to submit ICR Proposal to DOJ.

We have assigned a dedicated staff member to oversee and lead the project of developing the Indirect Cost Rate. The staff member is responsible for coordinating project activities, data collection, and methodology development.
