Help us structure our financial management practices! We are looking for a volunteer finance professional to assess our current financial situation and help us understand how to best utilize Quickbooks for financial tracking.

Based on your assessment of our organization's financial status, this project would then ideally assist us in preparing a strategy for financial sustainability as a small non-profit and help us set in place better spending and tracking protocol in our monthly operations.

We predict that this finance project will take from 36-48 hours to complete. We're hoping that our pro bono partner will share approximately three hours of their time each week with our team.
New City Cleveland is rapidly growing! Our impact has nearly doubled in the last year. Your volunteer time would have value in setting us on track to sustain our growth and position us to receive the type of funding we need to meet our growing demand.
To prepare for this project, we have gathered our budgeting information and will share access to our financial management tool, QuickBooks. We plan to implement the recommendations of this project by March 2024.
