We seek help with developing a detailed, concise, and persuasive marketing pitch to high-net-worth individuals. Urban Development Corporation is a non-profit organization doing work in Detroit, Michigan. Our mission is to improve the quality of life and bring about positive lifestyle-changing experiences of low to moderate-income families who live in urban communities. In carrying out our mission, UDC serves as a catalyst in the revitalization of communities through the development of activities and programs that promote safe, drug-free, healthy, clean, beautiful, and enjoyable environments.

This project is a good investment of a skilled volunteer's time because of the great story we want to tell! There are two funders to whom we wish to submit marketing pitches. If the pitch yields the homerun UDC is looking for, all involved in the project can speak to their contribution to our success.

The development of these marketing pitches is listed as number one on UDC's priority list for 2024. As such, UDC is carving out needed time to work on this project in an effort to ensure its success.
