Create a practical fundraising and partnership development plan by reviewing existing fundraising and sponsorship materials, identifying and prioritizing prospective corporate sponsors, foundations, and strategic partners, developing a targeted outreach and engagement strategy, and producing an implementation roadmap.

This work will help secure funding to expand programs that integrate medical and wellness social networking, patient advocacy, and EHR access. Volunteer contributions will accelerate access to high-quality care, empower patients with complex diseases, and enable scalable services that advance inclusivity, access, and empowerment.

We completed a comprehensive needs assessment and identified a $1.5M fundraising goal. Our leadership team will collaborate and provide existing materials. We can commit to the stated weekly meeting cadence and volunteer time expectations. Additional documents and timelines will be provided during volunteer interviews.
