Configure Salesforce Experience Cloud Forms

We'd like to partner with a skilled Salesforce volunteer who can help us design and configure a Salesforce Experience Cloud site to support customer engagement and data collection. The volunteer will work with our team to define user requirements, identify the data fields to capture, map form submissions to Salesforce records, and configure a basic Experience Cloud site with 1–3 configurable forms and associated workflows. Deliverables may include a requirements document, field mapping plan, configured Experience Cloud site, basic user access settings, and documentation to support ongoing administration and maintenance.

This site will help All Care Plus collect participant information and enable timely outreach for first aid/CPR trainings and Accept & Grow self health seminar. Volunteers will help improve real-time engagement and responsiveness, directly supporting community self-care and safety awareness.

We will work collaboratively with volunteers, provide organizational context, and discuss required Salesforce access and stakeholder contacts during interviews. Volunteers can expect timely feedback, regular check-ins, and to iterate on requirements with our team.
