Organizational Structure Evaluation for Women's Empowerment Nonprofit

We'd like a volunteer to evaluate our organizational structure and make recommendations. Women4Women is a small nonprofit run by six volunteers. This project will support the long-term sustainability of our organization while positioning us for future growth.

Women4Women is a volunteer-run nonprofit helping one vulnerable woman at a time leave poverty and reach economic independence. A clear organizational structure will help our organization run more smoothly and effectively, allowing us to better carry out our mission.
