We need help managing our nonprofit Salesforce account to improve our strategies related to automation and streamlined processes.

Specifically, we need to improve aspects like:
- Integrations with Google Drive, WordPress, etc
- Differentiation of accounts and permissions for various staff roles
- Simplification of processes related to inputting contact info, segmenting lists for emails, etc.

We are looking for a volunteer who is experienced with:
- The nonprofit version of Salesforce
- The set-up and management of SF for maximum results
- Technology related to automation and integrations

We have been using Salesforce for the past year at a very basic level. It has ~5,000 contacts, and we have sent ~10 emails.

Elevate.’s purpose is to strengthen the educational achievement of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) students who are facing economic hardship by providing them with high-quality instruction from experienced tutors who will assist them with academics and test prep as well as essential learning and life skills. The mission of Educate. Radiate. Elevate.’s is to minimize the disproportionate learning losses for low-income students of color and to provide economic, social, and emotional stability for the youth served, their families, and their community.
