We'd like a volunteer to develop strategies that significantly increase donations from individual and corporate donors.

We're looking for someone to coach our Executive Director on fundraising and grant writing strategy. This project would include a briefing from our team on our three-year history, reviewing our 2023 plan, and offering new ideas and advice on where to invest our energy.

Koenig Childhood Cancer Foundation (KCCF) has helped hundreds of kids with cancer and their families to get through the difficulties of treatment, including the physical, emotional and financial challenges. We want to continue to help even more children and scale our operation with a carefully thought-out and executed plan. Our work's impact is proven, and there is so much more we could do if we had a larger budget. To date, we have relied primarily on one main fundraiser to generate our growth. With an annual budget of just $500K, we have so much more room to grow and would love expert guidance on a new strategy.

We have a detailed fundraising plan ready for review and a team excited to integrate your advice and ideas. We are currently putting the items in the plan into practice and will be able to execute your ideas immediately. Our team of existing volunteers and a pending hire devoted to fundraising, along with our Executive Director, will be the personnel primarily involved critical to executing the plan. Below is just an outline of our strategy that what we will need help expanding upon and executing with these personnel resources;

- Assistance with bringing in new leads and new sponsors for the organization.
- Guidance with soliciting cash or in-kind donations or sponsorships from individuals, businesses (employer - gift matching), or government donors, and develop fundraising programs.
- Helping us to expand upon our donor database

We are a fast growing start-up foundation providing life-saving financial and emotional support to kids battling cancer and their families.

The foundation was started by (now) 14-year-old cancer survivor Elana Koenig.
Your work will contribute to saving lives.

We have a folder of necessary documents required for applications and a couple of volunteers to help with the work in addition to a future part-time junior employee to assist with fundraising. Board Members and President are available to answer any questions that may arise.
