Human Resources Assessment and Solution Design

We need a skilled volunteer to assist in creating an operations plan that will guide our staff. This plan should assist in the personal, professional, and emotional development of staff while also bringing our vision to life. We need a volunteer who has worked in HR management or operations planning that will be able to take our current operations and business plan and integrate leadership development training for our staff as well as recruitment and retention strategies.

Our organization is on the brink of launching a new campaign to expand wetlands, bioreactors, and other conservation practices around the Midwest. This project is incredibly important to our organization because we need to attract and retain skilled workers. With a skilled worker focused directly on making sure that we can expand our operations while expanding our programs.

Discover deliverable: We will look for the shortcoming in our current operations and HR plan. So far, we have prepared a business plan, an operations plan, and an HR plan. We have been working on expanding our operations for the staff and we have 2 staff members currently focused directly on expanding our programs. As we begin to standardize our organization's planning further, we want to make sure we have air-tight operations goals and management.
Design deliverable: Create a document that will include our HR plan, Operations Plan, and elements of our Business plan to demonstrate our mission and vision, our current capabilities, future goals, stakeholders, and plans for staff development. We expect this to take 6-9 weeks depending on the amount of time you're able to devote to the project and how well our expanded programs are marketed and sold. I look forward to working with you!
