Website Development Updates: WordPress

We have a WordPress website hosted by DreamHost which uses Elementor (https://www.educateradiateelevate.org/). I am slightly familiar with the back-end of WordPress and have been able to do most changes on my own, but I am stuck on some items currently.

And I would like to have someone on the team I can reach out to when new additions or changes are needed - maybe around 2-3 hours of work a week.

It is really important that our website is maximized for the upcoming giving season.

I have the following described in more detail elsewhere, but for a general idea:
- Improve the responsiveness of the site when viewed on a tablet and/or phone
- Improve the overall layout of the site (i.e. text centered, add columns, use color blocking, etc). I have 3 example websites we like to model ours after.
- Improve the Partner page with new content
- Add more relevant CTA buttons throughout the site
- Find organic ways to incorporate 4 specific keyphrases
- Change the alt tag descriptions of for all photos to specific keyphrases (provided)

I have written out the help I need clearly in steps, so that this can be done autonomously.
