Copy writing for website content

This project is intended to help us build a website that inspires trust, transparency, and motivation to get involved in our work. Our website is often the first impression people get about our work, we want to make sure it reflects our story to best serve our members. We are specifically looking for someone's with
experience writing website copy and if possible helping us establish copy guideline for future edits to our website and marketing materials

As a startup nonprofit, we are moving fast. We are making some great progress and having a lot of impacts. At the same time, this newfound growth has made it difficult for us to maintain our website. We need help making sure our website conveys the results and the impact we've had.
We have an existing website build using https://prismic.io/ We want to transition away from that and build a website that is much more customizable to our needs as an organization. We are currently working with a designer who is eager to work on the design of the website, however, he needs some support in the actual building of it.

Disabled people are the largest minority in the world with the highest unemployment rate. In the United States alone, this represents $150 billion dollars lost just in tax revenue. However, disabled people are also more likely to be self-employed entrepreneurs! We want to capitalize on this trend and support people with disabilities who want to be entrepreneurs. In the process we trust we'll change how people with disabilities see themselves and how the world perceives disabilities.

We have an existing website build using https://prismic.io/ We want to make sure our copy is consistent with our different marketing materials. We also have some decks that outline our various programs and messaging, the issue is conveying that same message on to the website.
