Hand in Hand is a 501c3 that was established over 30 years ago with a goal to help support parents and build resilient families.  We are looking for a Taproot volunteer who can help interview key constituents (staff and board members) to better understand our strengths/assets, weaknesses, opportunities and threads (prepare a SWOT analysis), and what each individual feels the vision for the organization should look like in 5 years and who we should focus on serving.
Last year, our Board of Directors put together a strategic plan for the organization for the next 3 years, but it needs to be better defined with measurable goals and action items for each goal.  Additionally, the board needs to come to a clearer consensus around what the vision for the organization should be 5 years from now.
Deliverable will be to prepare findings in a PowerPoint presentation to help the Board have a starting point for discussion.  We will use the findings from the Taproot volunteer's analysis to help determine the strategic direction for the organization for the next 5 years, so we view this project as mission-critical.
