In the Bay Area, the San Francisco Center for the Book fosters the joy of books and bookmaking, the history, artistry and continuing presence of books in our culture and their enduring importance as a medium of self-expression. A key part of this work is done through volunteer community outreach, inspiring new student volunteers to get involved and share their love of books.
