Debbye McDaniel, a finance expert, had already done a lot of pro bono work on her own when she received a recruiting e-mail from the program director at Taproot’s LA office in 2009. She thought it could be another way to get into the nonprofit sector and decided to join the Taproot Community.
Since then she has completed three projects, and is working on her fourth.
